What was breaking before InboxChange

  • Indian Shopify store. NRIs wanted to buy but couldn't pay with international cards on the .in domain. Customer support was India-hours only.
  • Tried Shopify Markets — solved currency display but support chat was email-only. Customers in Dubai got replies the next morning India-time.
  • Compliance was a nightmare — different return windows in EU, FDA labeling for US, customs declarations for Middle East. Manual coordination via Google Sheets.
  • Wanted to do live cooking-class workshops in WhatsApp groups, but couldn't manage 6 group chats across timezones.

The fix, deployed in 9 months

  • Set up InboxChange with 4 sub-accounts: India (INR), USA (USD), UAE (AED), UK (GBP). Each sub-account has its own templates in the local language and tone.
  • Connected international Shopify stores. Order confirmation, shipped tracking, customs declaration links — all auto-fired in the right language.
