Shipping & Delivery Policy

InboxChange is a digital Software-as-a-Service product. We do not ship physical goods — but we still call this a Shipping & Delivery Policy because that's the language payment processors and consumer-protection regulators use. Here's how delivery works for a subscription product.

What you receive

When you pay for an InboxChange plan, you receive: (a) immediate access to your account at app.inboxchange.com, (b) the feature set and limits of the plan you purchased (see pricing), (c) email-based support from our team, and (d) any conversation credits / WhatsApp sends included in your plan.

There is no physical product. There is nothing in a box. There is no delivery address.

When delivery happens

Delivery is instant. Within 30 seconds of payment confirmation by Razorpay, your account is upgraded to the plan you purchased and all corresponding features are unlocked. You'll receive a confirmation email at the account-owner address with the invoice and a one-line summary of what was activated.

If, for any reason, you've paid but your account isn't upgraded within 5 minutes, email support@inboxchange.com with your payment reference (visible in your Razorpay confirmation email). We'll fix it within the hour during business hours, or by 9 AM next business day at the latest.

International availability

InboxChange is available globally wherever the WhatsApp Business Platform is available — currently 180+ countries. Billing is in INR, USD, EUR, or GBP depending on your country of registration (selected at signup or at plan upgrade time).

We do not impose geographic restrictions beyond what Meta itself imposes. If WhatsApp Business Platform is available in your country, InboxChange is available too.

What actually happens after you pay

T+0 seconds — Razorpay confirms the payment with us via webhook.

T+5 seconds — your subscription record is created in our database. Your plan, billing cycle, and conversation-credit balance are set.

T+10 seconds — our system generates an invoice and queues a confirmation email.

T+30 seconds — the confirmation email lands in your inbox with the invoice attached (PDF).

T+next page load — your dashboard reflects the new plan. All features unlocked.

If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Mark it 'not spam' so future invoice emails arrive cleanly.

Service uptime & support delivery

Service is delivered continuously, 24×7. Our SLA target is 99.5% uptime, measured monthly. See our Refund Policy for the SLA credit schedule if we miss it.

Support is delivered Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST, via email at support@inboxchange.com. Most queries are answered within 4 business hours; complex issues (e.g., template approval debugging, Meta WABA reconnect) may take up to 2 business days.
