THE STORY

We were customers before we were a company

In 2024 we were running a marketing-agency holding company — seven sub-agencies, 230 client accounts. We were paying $1,200/month for HubSpot just to use the contacts list. We had no consolidated P&L. We couldn't tell which clients were profitable. Our team was juggling six different WhatsApp tools, each with its own login, its own quirks, its own bugs.

We tried Wati, AiSensy, Trengo, Gallabox. Each solved 60% of our problem and ignored the other 40%. None had real agency mode. None tracked per-client margin. None had a working LLM chatbot. None handled multi-currency invoicing. We needed all four, and we were going to need them whether we built the tool or not.

So we built it. First for ourselves. Then, when other operators saw what we'd built, for them too. The waitlist filled in 60 days. We've never spent a rupee on paid acquisition since.

No. We're 100% bootstrapped and intend to stay that way. It's a deliberate choice — read more in the section above.

Where is the company legally based?

Delaware C-corp with an Indian operating entity. We bill customers in INR (with GST 18%) for India and USD/EUR/GBP for international.

Can I talk to the founder before signing up?

Will my data ever be sold or shared?

Never. We don't run ads, we don't share data with third parties beyond the integrations you explicitly enable, and our privacy policy is short and readable.

What if I outgrow you?

Our REST API exposes everything. You can export contacts, conversations, automations, and templates at any time, in standard formats. We don't build moats around your data.

Do you have an SLA on uptime?
